Blog 4: Interview Preparation

1. I plan on interviewing a Pop Warner or minor league coach that isn't my mentor because they tend to be better at teaching the basics to players rather than focus on just winning the season.
2. Some additional questions I should ask:

• As a coach, what would you say is the most important advice that you have ever given a player?
• What advice would you give a young person who is interested in playing football, but is not entirely sure?
• In your experience, what made you interested in teaching younger kids than at a high school level?
